Jeremy Crockett, CADC, Counselor 
Jeremy is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) currently employed at the Derek House. He has been with Derek House for five years. Jeremy started working as an aide and has been working as a Counselor since 2008. Jeremy graduated from Madison Area Memorial High School and continued his education in Human Studies at the University of Maine, Orono. Married and a member of a local church, Jeremy is dedicated to helping free people from their addictions.
